POLL: ATRI's top trucking issues -- how do you rank them?

The American Transportation Research Institute’s annual trucking-issues survey report showed operators and fleets divided on big trucking issues ID’d by the institute as among the biggest facing trucking today.

Fleets put a so-called “driver shortage” back in their top 10, while drivers and owner-ops place much bigger priority on truck parking, driver compensation and pressures from autonomous/”driverless” trucks, all ranked in operators’ top five. Also unique to drivers’ broader top 10: the hours-of-service rules and regs.

Including all issues earmarked in either drivers’ or fleets’ top 10s, Overdrive put together the following quick poll where you can weigh in by picking your own top three for an owner-operators’ top-10-issues list.
