An 81-year-old man is dead after pulling out in front of a tractor trailer hauling animal carcasses through Kentucky on Wednesday.
The accident happened on Wednesday, October 21st in Lincoln County, Kentucky.
According to WKYT, an 81-year-old man pulled out onto US 27 and into the path of a tractor trailer, causing a collision that killed him.
The motorist, later identified as Clifford Walker, was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was transported to the hospital, treated, and released the same day.
Environmental crews were called to the scene to clean up the carrion that was spilled during the crash. The crash is still under investigation. The autopsy and toxicology report are still pending.
