CDLLife App: Truckers Hit the Road Again

Every time a trucker gets back on the road, they have to be prepared for something different. Whether it’s an unexpected visitor during a pre-trip, a furry co-pilot joining the trip, or the inevitable battle with traffic, you never quite know what the next mile will bring.

Truckers regularly share those moments with the CDLLife community through the new CDLLife app, where drivers can connect, share updates and give others a glimpse into the highs, lows and downright funny parts of life behind the wheel.

After waiting for what sounds like a long time, one driver was more than ready to get back to driving.

Some road trips are better with company. Having a co-pilot along for the miles can make those long stretches of highway a little less lonely. And judging by the post, Whiskey looks more than ready to clock some miles!

A pre-trip inspection can uncover plenty of things a driver needs to address before hitting the road. But sometimes, the biggest surprise isn’t something mechanical…

For many drivers, getting home means getting reunited with a favorite four-legged companion. And apparently, some co-pilots aren’t willing to waste any time before reporting back for road duty.

Every truck driver knows that having a plan doesn’t always mean traffic is going to cooperate. One driver summed up the experience perfectly.

The new CDLLife app gives drivers a place to share those moments and connect with others who understand life on the road. With updates released each week, there are even more ways for the trucking community to stay connected.
